Our Methodology
Classical sources first
We derive rules from the primary texts of each madhab before consulting contemporary opinions.
Contemporary sources for modern assets
Stocks, crypto, and retirement accounts have no classical precedent—we rely on recognized institutions (AAOIFI, AMJA, NZF) for these rulings.
No single school is favored
Each madhab's position is implemented with equal rigor and sourced independently.
Uncertainty is disclosed
Where scholars differ or a ruling is not settled, we note the disagreement rather than choosing a side.
